Side X Side Units

Beaver Emergency Services Commission is responsible for enforcing the provisions of the Alberta Fire Code 2006 and the Safety Codes Act and its regulations. BESC also carries out prevention patrols, does pre-fire planning and fire inspections in accordance with the Accredited Safety Codes Council Quality Management Program.

Review of designs, plans, specifications to ensure conformity with the Safety Codes Act and the current Alberta Fire Code is performed by the accredited code inspection agencies who issue and inspect, approve building permits, gas permits, plumbing permits and electrical permits. BESC, as part of a Quality Management Program, does preventative fire inspections of properties and structures and will assist you in preparing a pre-fire plan.
